"success is not fatal..."
True stuff!
ReplyDeleteSo true...
ReplyDeleteHere's one trick that I use sometimes when I'm feeling a lazy day...don't look at a run as "Uggh.I have to run today"
ReplyDeleteInstead think of itas
"Kick ass, I can Run today!"
Here's why...a lot of people, war veterans, people with disabilities, etc.. they don't have the ability to run to put one leg in front of the other, and work up a sweat... think of it as "I have the opportunity to run" is kind of motivating
my 2 cents
i usually go to the gym and jog there u should consider getting a membership
ReplyDeleteI agree running on treadmills is easier and burns way more calories as ou can force push yourself...
ReplyDeleteI'm going to forward this to a friend who's trying to lose weight.
ReplyDeleteGod I hate running. But it is much better than a loaded march, I've got a blister the size of a brazil nut on my heel from that!
ReplyDeleteBloody love exercise. When you're fit, after like a 3-5k run, the endorphins released is the best natural high. Seriously, guys get fit and enjoy life.

ReplyDeleteThats really good that you fought the urge to not go and went running. Keep that up and you will see success come flowing in.
ReplyDeleteyeah if you put it off once you put it off twice.. and then it really does just spiral down from there!
ReplyDeleteSuffer dedication, or suffer regret.
ReplyDeleteI have a different problem... I would LOVE to go on a run but it hurts too much. My cardio has to come from swimming or something, but I'm too lazy to get all chloriney and have to wash all of that off. Yeah I'm just lazy in general I suppose.
ReplyDeleteI agree completely. Good for you for putting it in such good writing
ReplyDeleteYou're right man, that's exactly what I should do.

ReplyDeleteI've got to admit... I'm procrastinating now... Better get back to study!
ReplyDeleteLol, my husband is several hundred pounds overweight. We would never have sex at except he has a really big penis which reaches past his big tummy. I wish he would lose more weight though.
