I’ll just see the end of it. ... Oh, I don’t believe it!  Rain clouds! I’ll just see if it clears up. …
It’s getting dark now, I don’t really like running at night. …

  1. Here's one trick that I use sometimes when I'm feeling a lazy day...don't look at a run as "Uggh.I have to run today"
    Instead think of itas
"Kick ass, I can Run today!"
Here's why...a lot of people, war veterans, people with disabilities, etc.. they don't have the ability to run to put one leg in front of the other, and work up a sweat... think of it as "I have the opportunity to run" is kind of motivating

    my 2 cents

  5. God I hate running. But it is much better than a loaded march, I've got a blister the size of a brazil nut on my heel from that!

  6. Bloody love exercise. When you're fit, after like a 3-5k run, the endorphins released is the best natural high. Seriously, guys get fit and enjoy life.

  16. I have a different problem... I would LOVE to go on a run but it hurts too much. My cardio has to come from swimming or something, but I'm too lazy to get all chloriney and have to wash all of that off. Yeah I'm just lazy in general I suppose.
